Within 90-days we reserve the right to either refund the labor only portion of your service OR re-rapair the device free of charge.
There may be situations when, due to external situations like age of device or liquid damage, we will attempt a repair without any warranty on offer. We will alert you to this situation prior to providing service.
Parts are warrantied pursuant to the supply manufacturer and applicable Australian Consumer Law. We will explain your specific warranty at time of service.
WE WILL NOT WARRANTY ANY WORK DONE WITH CLIENT PROVIDED PARTS
If you are unhappy with any of our Training or Tech Support services please let us know ASAP. We will work with you to re-provide the service free of charge or, in the case of block service purchases, provide a partial refund for unrendered services.
