Expert Help That Goes Beyond Apple Store Limitations
Now, we’re not knocking Apple. They have their policies for a reason, and the folks at the Genius Bar do great work—within their boundaries.

Kevin “Mac” Mason, our founder and longtime local tech trainer, spent years working as a Software Specialist at AppleCare. That means he knows Apple’s systems inside and out—but now he gets to help in ways the Genius Bar simply can’t.

It’s simple: $80 per hour, billed in six-minute blocks. That means if we fix your issue in 18 minutes, you only pay for that time. No surprises.
We even show you a live timer right on the desk so you can see how much time you’ve used and what it costs—transparency is everything.
And here’s something you won’t get anywhere else:
We pause the timer if we’re waiting for a long download or need to answer a call. That way, you’re only paying for actual help time. (We may need to adjust this if we get too busy in the future, but right now—it’s how we roll.)
